If you are asking what the possible range of sentences are for these offenses the answer is it varies. Factors that would need to be known is does the person who is being charged with these offenses have a criminal record. If so, what for? What is the age of the person who was arrested? These are Class "B" Felonies. The minimum for a person without prior felony offenses is a mandatory 1 year up to a max 9 years unless the crime is committed near a school then it's a mandatory 2 up to a max 9 years. If there has been substantial cooperation, then the District Attorney can agree to 25 years of Probation without any jail.
