Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
criminally charged with excessive noise?
I recently was pulled over by some stupid cop in an unmarked unit because I blew my horn at him, he was blocking an intersection and didn't move I blew the horn 3x while other cars behind me where blairing theres, he gave me a summons to appear in criminal court!! ciminal court?? with the pedophiles and rapists and murderers??? this is outrageous!! this has to be a false charge against me
