I was arested at the age of 17 for a fight I never was in but I was arested anyway it was a misdermenor and was dropped to misordaly conduct I am now trying to get a job and wanted to know if this would show up i am now 23?

You plead guilty to a violation not a crime and it should have no affect on your future endeavors.
