Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
D.A. dropped my case
I was imprisoned for 2 and 1half days, i never seen a judge or a lawyer and my case was dropped before i was arraigned, do i recieve any monies from being imprisoned for those days and can i sue for anything else?
