Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Can DA subpoena me to testyify without offering immunity to me.Can i be forced to testify without being given imunnity

Yes, if you are forced to testify and not granted immunity you have a right to have a criminal lawyer accompany you and you should have one. Immunity for testimony is most often granted for testifying to a Grand Jury not a trial jury.
