Re: Dat

If the charge is as described you face up to a year in jail as well as having to register as a sex offender. You should retain a competent criminal defense attorney immediately. The case will not likely be dismissed on the appearance date unless the charge is totally unfounded. You may call my office@7188340087 for a free phone consultation

Re: Dat

The case will most likely NOT be dismissed on that day. You may actually be sentenced to a year or more. It is absolutely essential that you hire an experienced attorney as soon as possible so that he can defend you and preserve your rights. Having an experienced attorney would also give you the best possible chance of having the charges reduced. We are very experienced in handling these types of cases, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination. You are welcome to contact us for a free consultation.

Re: Dat

You had better get yourself a lawyer imediately. By your description this may be a felony. Even if it is a misdemeanor you could receive a year in jail, plus be on the sexual offnder list for a long period of time.

If you would like to discuss this matter further contact me.
