How can I get my daughter out of jail she got charged with battery on a peace officer she has adhd

The best thing you can do for your daughter is to obtain an experienced criminal defense attorney to work on her case. If she is indigent or low income the court will appoint one for her. Do not let her go through any hearings or make any statements without an attorney present. Since you mention that she has a disability, you might turn to the mental advocate in your area to help you.
