death as a result of kidnapping
if during the course of a kidnapping the victim dies through no deliberate fault of the kidnapper,what other crimes besides the kidnapping have occured?

If it was foreseeable that death might ensue, the kidnapper could also be guilty of murder. This is to serious for just a note like this. Get to a criminal lawyer.
