Defamation of character(complicated)
Yes, If someone constantly on a daily basis in a chatroom says things about you that are completely false and a specific few other people, is it possible to prosecute?
He works for a MLM company and has his link in his profile. It may be possible to use that to contact the company to receive his contact information. With that fact knowing who he is, is it possible to receive damages?
