Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
defense/prosecution
I know that in a criminal case, their is a prosecution table, where the attorneys sit, and that there is also a table for the defense. Is it called the prosecution table/defense table, is there a legal name for these two areas where the attorneys are seated during a trial?
Thank you.
