Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
What degrees do you need to become a lawyer? I undersatdn you go to college for 4 years and law school for 3 but what degrees would i get from that. What are ALL the degrees i would need to become a lawyer.

Most law schools require a Bachelors degree to be accepted. Upon graduation from an American Bar Association approved law school you will receive one of two degrees either a Juris Doctor or J.D. or a Bachelors of Laws also known as an LLB. In the United States, most if not all law schools confer the J.D.
