Depraived Indifference charge overturned

My brothers charge of depraived indifference 2nd degree murder charge from 2001 was overturned in june 2008 and now he has a bail set at 75,000.00 as of Aug. How long can he be held in jail with out a charge and do Motions 30.30, 30.20 or 30.10 apply to him? (we're in the Bronx, New York)

These are issues your brother should discuss with his attorney. If he is unhappy with the representation then he may want to consider selecting another attorney to handle this matter for him.
