Re: Desk appearance
P.L. 240.30(2) is Aggravated Harassment in the second degree, by use of the phone. It is a Class A misdemeanor which is deemed a "crime" and if convicted will result in a criminal record (depending on her age). You should consult with a local criminal defense attorney.

Re: Desk appearance
It is harassment ,a misdemeanor class a punishable by possible jail of up to one year. It is not likely that will happen, a competent criminal defense attorney will either formulate a defense or effectuate a good "plea bargain: . I would be happy to discuss the specifics of the case via a free phone consultation.I handle matters such as this on a daily basis. Please call my office @7188340087 for your consultation.
