Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I was detained never cuffed placed under arrest or read my rights and brought to the police station. while there i was fingerprinted, photographed then breathalyzed then given a ticket for criminal mischief. I found out today my prints were sent to my medicaid funded job where i provide direct care to the disabled in rochester, ny. is all of this legal.
