Re: detective harrassment

If you are in touch with your husband he should retain a lawyer to speak with the detective. If you are not in contact with your husband you can retain a lawyer for yourself, especially since the detective is threatening to arrest you. If the detective persists and you honestly do not know where your husband is you could contact contact the internal affairs unit of the police department and make a complaint against the detective.

Re: detective harrassment

Contact his precinct captain and inform him/her that this detective threatens you and your husband's family for no reason AND demand that the detective stop contacting and harassing you.
