can i get a direct sale of narcotics expunged this happened in 2003 i was 23 years old and i aalso did 5 years probation

there is no provision for expungement in new york.

Unfortunatly, New York State does not allow expungement of criminal convictions. You may wish to consider applying to the court for a certificate of relief from civil disabilities. This may assist in removing potential barriers to certain employment opportunities.
