Re: disclosure of evidence

There is just now one particular statute for disclosure of evidence in criminal, there are many, from physical evidence, oral statement, written statement, lineups, scientific evidence etc. It all depends on what you are looking for.

As a criminal attorney, we usually send out a volume of paperwork to the prosecutor covering everything imaginable. You don't want to miss anything expecially when one's freedom and reputation are at state.

In any criminal proceeding, you should be represented by an experienced lawyer.
