discovery at a trial
If a trial date has been set by a judge- can my atty request grand jury minutes? At what point can we request bank records for discovery

Generally you will not receive grand jury minutes
Until very close to the day of hearings, or the day
Of the hearings. As for bank records if they're not
provided in discovery you could make a specific
Discovery request for them or have your attorney subpoena
Them himself.
