Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Disorderly conduct

I was charged with aggravated harassment and pled guilty to disorderly conduct in December 2001. I just wanted to know if an expungement of the record is possible after 3.5 years in NY state? If so how?How much will it cost me to expunge through an attorney?By expungement I mean clearly that no criminal(fingerprints and photo)records and court records should be found.I haven't been in any kind of any other trouble in the past 3.5 years and do not have any other convictions.

Re: Disorderly conduct

A plea to disorderly is a plea to a violation not a crime. These dispositions are usually sealed anyway. Were you photoed and fingerprinted at the time of the incident? This is important. You may call my office @718-834-0087 with the answer and then perhaps I can provide more assistance.
