Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
disorderly persons offense
I was charged with disorderly persons offense for the purpose of loitering to engage in prostitution.
I never discussed anything with the potential woman never exchanged money and probably never even talked to the woman in question because I think someone else answeres the phone. I could understand if I paid for something but I did not only knocked on the door! and then there was a cop there
