What are the district attorneys office's obligations under cpl 30.30 when a defendant is in federal custody?

If I understand your questions correctly, a defendant is in federal custody, but has a case proceeding against them in state court? This makes the defendant unavailable for the state prosecution which would be put on hold for the federal prosecution.
