Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I am getting divorced after my husband left I used his credit card to buy my 3 boys their christmas gifts, he did not buy them any and I was desperate. I found out today he plans on pressing charges, I have never been in trouble and my one son has a disability, there father does not see them so what I need to know is what am i up against
