DNA Analysis for Evidentiary Item
What legal form/document is needed by an inmate to get evidence out of ''evidence lock up'' to have it tested for DNA? DNA testing would exonerate this individual.

An application would have to be made to the
Court where the trial was held, being
very specific as to what item, and what
type of testing, and where, for control
purposes. Absent a Court Order, it isn't
going anywhere
