domestic incident report while on parole
my boyfriend and i live together with a child. we had a physical altercation which led to a report being filed but no arrest. can he still live with us?

Unless you have a stay away order then yes he can move back. That said however, it would be best that he wait until you both have some counseling. There is no way two adults can have a carring safe relationship if one beats or otherwise uses force against the other. It is unsafe for the baby and for him as well seeing he is on parole.
