Drug case

I have been arrest for drug. I did not have any drugs on me. The drugs the officers the found was about 20 or more feet from where I was arrested.

The fact that drugs were not found on you doesnt mean the police have no case against you, it is part of the defense that your attorney should bring up however. The police may try and prove what is called 'constructive posession' by arguing that there was no one else around who could have owned the drugs and perhaps that they saw you drop, or throw, them.
