Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Drug possession

Hello everyone,

I am a law student in Israel and doing a legal research now. I would like to ask a question about the topic of my legal research: Where can I find laws about drug possession? I would like to know mostly about NY, but I'll be grateful if anyone knows about other states as well. Research NY's drug laws under the Penal Law, Articles 220 and 221. You ought to research in McKinney's NY Statutes, because they will have many helpful Practice Commentaries written by lawyers and professors.
