I was given a DWI. The ticket says I'm to appear in court at 4:00 A.M. which is obviously wrong. Can I get the charge thrown out because of this?

If it was only that easy. Unfortunately, it's not. It is a serious charge so I suggest that you hire a good criminal defense lawyer.

Different courts have different return dates & times. It is very possible your appearance time is @ 4 P.M. The charges will not be dismissed for a ministerial error. I handle DUi/Dwi cases on a daily basis. Please visit my web site nydrunkdrivingdefense.com & contact my office @ 718-834-0087 for a phone consultation.
