Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
An ebay customer of mine left me a voicemail accusing me of sending her magazine subscriptions, I did not. Several months prior, I had problems with this person and the ebay matter was settled so I erased the message. Days later, a deluge of magazines and bills in my mailbox began. Do I have any legal recourse against this person without that phone message? I have the phone number still on my incoming calls list.

This is more a civil than criminal law situation. However, give her bad feedback as you probably already have. Cancel the subscriptions that are coming to your house. I don't see what damages you could claim, but do post this in the civil litigation section.
