Where do I find case law on Sherwood vs Albany County Board of Election? In what book am I looking in what library?

I would suggest that you go to the library on the campus of your nearest law school. If you're not close to a law school then you may try a local public library although the selection of legal materials will not be the same. I took the time to locate the two case citations you will need to find the cases. If you print out this page and take it to the librarian he/she will be able to assist you futher.
