Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I am currently employed by the Department of Homeland Security and attached to the Transportation Security Administration. I have been employed this way for 4 years and prior to this I have had my NYS Security Guard License. I recently upgraded the NYS Security Guard License to Armed and would like to have a full carry permit so I able to perform Armed security work for Private companies. How do I go about doing this?
