Employment background checks
Could someone tell me how many years does the typical background check bring up. I had a felony DWI back in 1988. Would this appear 18 years later?

Yes. Once it's there in NY, it's there forever. Write you State Legislators and tell them to change the law! That's the only way it will ever happen. Sorry to bare bad news.
