Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
there were no emt ,no ambulanc the police took her in his patrol car and he got hut and she got up to 7 years in prison ,i was there and her kids were to , this is so wrong .she took a plea bargain and i too=ld her to take it totrial she has severe mental heath issues.

She may try a post conviction motion and claim that she didn't enter a voluntary guilty plea. She may have to claim ineffective assistance of counsel as well.
