endangering welfare of child
i have been charged with endangering welfare of a child and assault in the 3rd due to completely false allegations by wife. Incident was a 2 min. arguement in our van parked in the yard - 2 year old was standing outside near van - wife tried to drop charges and can't - haven't gone to court yet. how hard to get these dropped. child protective involved because of endang.wel.child. and family court custody issues

You should speak with a criminal defense attorney in your area right away. Your wife cannot make the prosecutor drop the charges, especially in cases where there are allegations of domestic violence. These cases can be very difficult to get dismissed and usually drag on for awhile until they reach final resolution.
