Engagement ring
If I give an engagement ring to--name removed--female in NYC and it doesn't fit but in risizing it the relationship changes while at the jewler she takes it what are the laws

engagement rings are not seen as gifts, and are fully returnable under law if the marriage does not go through so get your ring back... ASAP. if not then sue in small claims court for the ring back, or the value of it... if it exceeds the maximum allowable in small claims court then sue in supreme court...
