Enroute to Rikers island, the bus was stopped and the K-9 dogs came in the bus and search and a bag with marijuana was found under my seat and i was pinned with it, i was 21 yrs. old at the time, and am now 46 yrs. old can i have it esponged.

No, Ny generally does not allow for expungement of criminal records.
