Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

One evidence enough?

In my boyfriend's case, two girls claimed that he committed the crime. In their statements they stated that they could not see the perp's face because it was dark but later picked my boyfriend out of a photo lineup. Is that even an evidence? Is that even enough to convict my boyfriend of the crimes that he did not commit? The whole case does not even make sense, first of all.

MAKE SURE you have a good lawyer, that's all I can say. It sounds as if you need someone that can challenge the evidence against your boyfriend.
