Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
What to expect!
I have been charged with fourth degree grand larceny. I live in New York state and have never been in trouble with the law. I stole about $4000 from my job over three months to help my family get out of debt. I know this was wrong. I'm employed full time now and I'm willing to pay my debt back. What kind of sentence should I expect at my court date next month? Any info you can give me will be greatly appreciated!
