How do I get a exposure of person charge dismissed?

I am assuming that the person is you and that you have an open charge. The way you get it dismissed is a very open ended question. If you are innocent then you will need someone to present the facts to the prosecutor and attempt to convince them of the truth. If you are guilty or guilty "with an explanation" then you will need someone to conference with the prosecutor and minimize your exposure (please excuse the unintended pun). Bottom line . . . you need to retain (or be assigned) an attorney.
