can you expunge a violation record?
i was convicted of 240.20. is it possible to expunge the record after a certain amount of time? is it possible to expunge the arrest record of it?

No. and No. NY does not allow expungement of records, and arrests are NEVER expunged... even on sealed records a history of the arrest is not sealed
