YES! It looks like you have been charged with driving under the influence of drugs and possession of drugs. These cases are always fact specific but usually can be resolved with a plea to a violation, something that is not a crime. Certain facts have to be considered such as whether or not there was an accident, if there was an accident, whether it was 1 car or 2 cars and whether anyone got hury.
