Expungement of Misdemeanor in NY for 1st Timer?
Is there any way to avoid a conviction for a misdemeanor charge of 220.03 and 1192.03 for a first-time offender? Also, are there any ways to expunge a ''guilty plea'' or offer a plea of ''nolo contedere'' or something of a similar nature?

The charges as stated may allow for a very good "plea-bargaining"situation,whereby you may avoid a misdemeanor conviction.I would like to hear more details so please call my office @7118-834-0087 for a free phone consultation.

There is a very good chance that you can avoid conviction of those charges and very good possibility that you can work out a very favorable plea bargain....this area of law does happen to be one of our specialties, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination. YES! It looks like you have been charged with driving under the influence of drugs and possession of drugs. These cases are always fact specific but usually can be resolved with a plea to a violation, something that is not a crime. Certain facts have to be considered such as whether or not there was an accident, if there was an accident, whether it was 1 car or 2 cars and whether anyone got hury. Also, did you consent to a blood test? Without a blood test, the DA cannot prove these charges. I am a former federal and state prosecutor in NYC so feel free to call me if you want to discuss your case. My number is 212-622-7180.
