Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
expunging or exonerate
Is it only felonies that are expunged from an individuals record? What about an A Misdemeanor. What can be done to remove this information to enable that a person can obtain a city, state or federal employment.

Re: expunging or exonerate
There is no expungement in New York. The best you can hope for is to get a Certificate of Relief from Civil Disabilities.
