There is a way of having you resentenced. i have an associate that does these type of cases. There is no expungment but you can be resentenced. i need more information about charges.

I have some very bad news for you. There is no way to exsponge a conviction under New York State Law. In very slim and specific circumstances, a conviction of an adult can be sealed or if the matter was committed by a juvenial or someone adjudicated a youthful offender the conviction can be sealed and closed but most can not be removed or exsponged from a record.
