Is extreme cruelty to animals on the Internet legal?
The page http://bonsaikitten.com/ is entirely based upon cruelty to cats. Is this legal? Isn't there any law against publishing cruelty to animals? Please Advice.

Yes, there are laws against cruelty to animals. I would suggest you contact your local District Attorney's Office and report the website.
