Fake ID Trial - Drug Test?
Hello,
I have a summons on October 23rd for a fraudulent ID with the intent to purchase alcohol (tried to get into a club). Will I be drug tested for Marijuana?

short answer no, they do no drug testing at the ocurt itself... you will only be tested depending on what you plead guilty to, if at all, and what the punishment accordingly agreed upon is.
