Re: false accusations
your best bet is this.. hire al awyer to represent you. Have the lawyer go in with you to the police precinct to turn yourself in, as if they are looking for you they will eventually send a squad to pick you up... generally, turning yourself in looks a lot better before the judges...
If you were to hire us for example, we would go into the precinct - like i described above - discuss the case with the detectives handling the case, and attempt to see if there can be a hold on the arrest depending on further investigation, until they get their facts straight. If not, and they chose to arrets you, then the fact that you turned yourself in would be used to argue for your release without any bail and our office would ensure you are processed as quickly as possible.
feel free to contact us for a free phone consultation regarding this case, but ACT FAST you have limited time to handle this in a way that would turn things much more in your favor.
you may reach us at 212.709.8303 during regular busines hours or at 877.229.3394 and selecting to speak to me, lead counsel carlos gonzalez.
i wish you the best
Re: false accusations
Unless there is an arrest warrant, don't go there and don't talk to police. Your lawyer should call them and find out what's going on. Any information you have should be communicated to police by an attorney, not by you. If there is a warrant for your arrest, your lawyer will surrender you. You'll be arraigned and probably released. You should never talk to police except through your lawyer.
Re: false accusations
You should retain an attorney to communicate with the police on your behalf. It would be a bad idea to give any statement without speaking with an attorney first.
