What is the best way to appeal a case that consist of 5 counts of criminal charges including conspiracy to kid napping, armed robbery, guns possesion, hovs act?

as your subject states this is a Federal case, generally there would have to have been issues of error at the trial level which would merit an appeal, otherwise then no appeal will be granted...
