felony charge of robbery 3rd degree
If someone who charges you with a felony lied to the police about being in the military and what happened. How can this be used in the accussed favor? The felony charge is grabing a cell phone.

Re: felony charge of robbery 3rd degree
It depends on a number of things...where you just arrested? Were you indicted? Is the case about to be tried? It also depends on the overall strength of the evidence in the case. Is the entire case based on the word of this person, or is there other evidence that can be used by the DA?
