Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Can a felony be expunged or sealed?
I've found a website that claims they can attempt to do such a thing as long as the crime doesn't have anything to do with a minor or being a sex offender. Can this be done?

My fee for a motion to 'seal' is 500. 'Expunge' is not possible except under the most rare circumstances.

Expunged - no.
Sealed - it depends. I would need more facts.
