Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Felony
The police have charged my 19 year old grandson with criminal possession of a controlled substance on 01/20. Prior to that, for about a year or more, they corcerced him to turning in dealers and sellers of drugs for them. He needs legal help to clear his name and these charges which are bogus. How can they charge someone after over a year?

Re: Felony
He can absolutely be charged. His cooperation will help in his plea bargain negotiation and perhaps he may have legal defenses. This can only be determined by having a consultation. You may contact my office @ 7188340087 to arrange one.
