getting a felony removed from my record
In 1992 i was arrested for sales and possession of a controled substance. I tooka plea of 1-3 ,it was my first offense. i would lik to know if i could get this felony taken off my record .

No. This remains on your record forever.
you may obtain a relief from civil disabilities from the court, which in effect takes some of the sting from the conviction, but the conviction still remains a record.
